Our Story: North Island Enterprises Incorporated

We are the partnership of a master carpenter and a master electrician, united by a common vision.  That home ownership should be a possibility for everyone. Growing up on Vancouver Island, and as homeowners ourselves, we recognized the daunting challenge of the modern cost of living, (especially for young people). Our mission emerged from a simple yet powerful idea: to make homeownership more achievable and sustainable for everyone.
