Our commitment to providing prompt and efficient service extends to all hours, including holidays like Christmas Eve. While there is an additional fee for services rendered during these extraordinary times, we assure you that our pricing is fair and transparent. Our ethos revolves around maintaining fairness, fostering trust with our clients, and valuing positive feedback through platforms like Google Reviews.

Please be aware that a standard 2-hour minimum charge applies for each call-out. This policy aligns with industry norms and ensures that our technicians are compensated fairly for their expertise and time.

Our Scheduling Policies

Prepare for Your Appointment

This should be one of the most exciting experiences of your life. We guarantee will find a solution for every problem you have. The first consult is free. Unfortunatley subsequent meetings prior to being arawarded the job will be treated as callouts and billed for with a 2 hour minimum charge.

Our Cancellation Policies

Our cancelation policy for an appointment is that life happens, but you should be able to give 24 hours notice. We will let you off the hook the first time even if it’s last minute. Subsequent, last minute cancelled appointments will be treated as a minimum 2 hour call out.

Payment Made Easy

All payments, call outs, and quoted jobs will be processed by our soon to be partner Fair’s Fair Holdings. Until then take cash or certified check is fine. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
